un (e) Referent technique health – development paramedical training Ukraine H/F
The Technical Health Referent will be responsible for providing the technical support necessary for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation and reporting of the project “Ukrainian Red Cross Nursing Training Institute”.
He/she will also contribute to the development of advocacy with the competent authorities for the reform of nursing education in Ukraine. This position aims to ensure the quality and relevance of technical interventions within the framework of the project “School of Nurses(era)s”, while ensuring the coordination and coherence of interventions in compliance with the regulations and policies of the FIU’international.

– Development of’ technical expertise and scientific monitoring
Ensure permanent technical and scientific monitoring in the field of nursing.
Analyze the’evolution of needs and contexts of’intervention to advise on the planning and implementation of projects.
Identify partnership opportunities and contribute to the’enrichment of’a network of specialists.
coordination and technical advice
Serve as an interface between the different components of the Movement and the’ team in the field, ensuring effective coordination.
Participate in the working groups, steering committees and follow-up meetings by providing technical expertise.
Contribute to the formulation and’adjustment of training modules, ensuring their alignment with European standards.
– Support for the implementation and quality of training
Provide technical and methodological support in the preparation, the’organization and the creation of the’Institut de formation.
Support the’ acquisition of necessary materials and equipment, and participate in the’organization of project-related visits.
Ensure the monitoring and the’ evaluation of the quality of the training, proposing corrective measures if necessary.
– Representation and communication
Represent the CRF in reflection meetings with other technical partners’ and participate in the international communication of the CRF.
Write articles and technical studies, producing data and analysis to enhance the value of the project.
technical and regulatory monitoring
Monitor the evolution of applicable technical standards and regulations, and monitor their implementation.
Facilitate’ access to technical knowledge, coordinate the process of knowledge capitalization.
Facilitate training actions and promote the development of skills of teams, in particular national staff.

Holder of an health professional degree in the medical or paramedical field, you have skills in operational management of training institution and master the project management cycle
