Within the French Red Cross, the deputy directorate-general pilots and supervises the strategic issues of the French Red Cross establishments, divided into seven business sectors (healthcare, people with disabilities, the elderly – home, early childhood, child protection and the fight against exclusion).
The project manager “strategy consulting” plays a key role under the’ authority of the director delegated to strategy and transformation. Its work allows’ to guide the structuring projects of the other management teams (transformation, advocacy for’ for the public authorities, …) and to illuminate the work of the leaders and governance of the’association.

MISSIONS & ACTIVITIES

Mission 1: support for the piloting of strategy work

Planning and monitoring of strategic work for the’intention of governance
Steering the deployment of strategic orientations to guarantee the coherence of the’ set of structuring work of the deputy general management, in charge of the institutions

Mission 2: support in the design of key strategy work

Analyses and syntheses that shed light on the strategic issues facing institutions and sectors
Participation in the drafting of reports giving an overview of the strategy of institutions and sectors
Design of dynamic maps of institutions and analysis of their capacity to meet territorial needs

Mission 3: design of restitution materials

Preparation of strategic refunds for the national office, the board of directors, the branch commission, the general management committee, the CBSC, ..
Writing of language elements
Design of visual slideshows
Steering and conducting ad hoc restitution work type report of’activity

Your status as a self-employed executive allows you to benefit from 23 to 25 days of rest which are added to the 5 weeks of compulsory paid leave, and our telework policy allows you to benefit from 2 days /week or 10 days per month.
