The Overseas National Directorate is composed of 12 territorial delegations, 3,000 volunteers and 7 territorial directorates, 800 employees.
The French Red Cross overseas is also marauding, donation collection,’ food aid, vestiboutiques, first aid, risk and disaster management, EHPAD, residences for the elderly, Nursing services at home (SSIAD), a guardianship service,’ accompaniment at the exit of prostitution, health buses, Samu Sociales, etc, from the’ accompaniment to and in housing, health centers and poles, from the’ accompaniment to parenthood of the’ accompaniment of young people in situation of social rupture and training centers.

Under the authority of the person in charge of’animation of the network of the National Directorate overseas, le.la mission Officer delegations has the mission of’ to ensure the smooth running of the operation and activities of the Territorial Delegations of Wallis and Futuna.
Its main tasks are :
SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 2030 STRATEGY SUPPORT MANAGEMENT STANDARDIZATION
ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL OF DELEGATIONS
SUPPORT THE STRUCTURING OF GOVERNANCE
PARTICIPATE IN VOLUNTEER DYNAMICS
SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FIU IN THE TERRITORY

- Level of study: level I (University, political science, communication..).

- Special working conditions : Weekend and evening work to participate in videoconference meetings with Headquarters, including with the line manager
- CDD : 16 months
- Knowledge of the territory and the associative environment appreciated
