OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION :

Within our Human Resources Department and under the authority of our Deputy HR Director, we, the ADP/Manager supervises a team of personnel administration managers in charge of the social management of our headquarters and international staff, and responds to the organizational challenges of the’ team.

Its missions are as follows :

  • Provides daily support to your team but also to HR interlocutors of the perimeter and managers by positioning themselves as a real referent on the topics related to the’Administration of Personnel.
  • Coordinates operations on a daily basis : sets priorities, tracks progress, ensures load distribution…
  • Identify the necessary process adaptations, communicates and implements them with a perspective of’ operational efficiency and with a goal of’ continuous improvement.
  • Guarantees compliance with the legal provisions associated with the’administration RH and compliance of the processes followed.
  • Defines indicators of’activity, monitors the results and ensures regular reporting to the hierarchy.
  • Is the privileged interlocutor (for the Federation and’ANF) different administrations who collect employer and social contributions and are likely to carry out process controls (URSSAF, Unemployment Insurance, Social Security, Immigration, Labour Inspection etc..) external service providers, from an operational angle (mutual, various insurances, supplier of payroll software and’staff administration).
  • Is the guarantor of the payroll process and the’ set of’staff administration processes for the employees of the head office under employment contract under French law, the trainees as well as for the’ ensemble of the International Staff.
  • Is the guarantor of the administrative contract management process.

This position comes in a context of strong evolution of interfaces and associated tools (SIRH, Pay Tool etc..).

PROFILE :

Higher education type Bac +2/3 in administration/management of staff, accounting or management or Bac+5 generalist or master in HR, social law, personnel administration, etc, you have experience of’at least 5 years. This position is accessible for a first manager position.

Your journey has allowed you to acquire a precise knowledge of the legal obligations related to personnel management.

You master payroll, time management and HRIS tools but also common office tools and databases.

You are endowed(e) with’a great capacity of’organization and rigor. You have a strong taste for numbers and administrative work. Your active listening as well as your availability and your sense of service are the guarantors of your success on this function. You also have a very good level of’anglais.
