Position objective
Identify the priority conditions and needs of the women participating in the project “ Action for Work, Migration and Synergistic Reception ” – A.L.M.A.S, through the vulnerability assessment process and socio-economic environment, with the aim of selecting and assigning the different financial aid available in the project to ensure the permanence and continuity of the beneficiary women in the phase of strengthening their life projects. by post-distribution monitoring, building relationships with community, financial providers and leaders, coordinating field operations such as cash delivery, registration and response of claims. Cesvi was present in Colombia since 2019 in the course of the humanitarian crisis, with projects that respond to the most relevant needs of the Venezuelan immigrant population, with emergency interventions, rehabilitation and development in the sectors of protection of children and women subjected to sexual exploitation.

Description of the Functions
Responsibilities:
o Effectively implement the money transfer program with references to POEs.
o Apply technical knowledge and skills to implement and / or assist in the delivery of money transfers to the vulnerable population
o Quickly identify and recommend solutions to technical problems related to money transfer.
o Participate in the process of identification of women beneficiaries and monetary aid that they have the possibility of accessing according to their levels of vulnerability.
o Guarantee adequate communication with suppliers, users and the beneficiary population.
o Guarantee the good operation of the complaints and claims mechanism.
o Work with operating partners and provide them with timely technical support; maintain encouraging and constructive relationships with partner staff.
o Work closely with the CESVI Colombia coordination team.
o Ensure the training / reorientation of project partners and beneficiaries’ staff on the money transfer program ( how it works, synchronization, management, and complaint and claim systems ).

Others:
o Participate in inter-institutional and cluster coordination meetings according to how it is assigned by the Project Coordination.
o Support, in coordination with the rest of the project team, in the logistics and administration of activities.
o Participate in team and supervision meetings.
o Participate in the processes of formation and exchange of experiences to which they are summoned
o The other functions assigned to him by his immediate superior and that are related to the nature of the position.
o Disseminate security information to local Cesvi staff.
o Report any security incident to the administrative coordination.
o Support the monitoring of movements carried out by project personnel.
o Participate in the periodic meetings of the CESVI staff and the technical committees with the implementing partners of the ALMAS project.
o Collaborate on cross-cutting issues such as supporting the CESVI team in preparing other project proposals, or supporting and participating in the organization of awareness events.
o Collaborate on communication and visibility issues related to the activities implemented.

Profile
one. Essential attributes:

Training:
University studies in engineering, administrative, accounting, economic, social or related sciences.

Knowledge and experience:
o Demonstrated experience of at least two years in the application of money transfer programs with international cooperation organizations or institutions / NGO / public sector.
o Experience in the design and execution of evaluations related to money transfer programs, participant selection processes and the design of monitoring systems.
o Experience in facilitation and training
o Basic knowledge of the money transfer program management cycle.

o Synthetic and structured written expression capacity.
o Propositional and proactive attitude.
o Excellent organization and detailed work skills that enable compliance with deadlines and commitments.
o Solid interpersonal, intercultural and communication skills.
o Organizational and prioritization capacity.
o Solid domain of Microsoft Office Package and database systems.
o User attention and supplier management.

2. Preferred attributes
o Previous experience in the sector of international cooperation and humanitarian aid.
o Knowledge of spoken and written English language
o Certification of basic knowledge of money transfer programs issued by the CALP Network.

Contractual conditions
● Location: Santa Marta, Colombia
● Contract duration: 12 months (possibility of renewal)
● Expected Start Date: 01/09/2024
● Charge Category: D22
● Salary: COP 3,685,203 monthly gross
