Module Design and Facilitation “ NNA Approach, Victims of Violence At International Justice Mission


PRODUCT 1:

one. Design and present the work plan and schedule for consulting development.
2. Incorporate the necessary adjustments suggested by IJM members.
3. Elaboration of a module called “ Approach to NNA, victims of violence. ”, which must contain 16 hours and the following units:

UNIT I:
NNA Child, Child or Adolescent Development Psychology (Brain Functioning and Adverse Childhood Experiences)
UNIT II:
Toxic stress, traumatic child’s brain, NNA symptoms and signs of trauma
UNIT III:
Approach Strategies for NNA victims of violence; understanding behaviors and behaviors and informed trauma care for NNA.

4. The aforementioned module must be prepared with the following approaches:
to. Approach to Human Rights of Children and Adolescents.
b. Women’s Human Rights Approach
c. Gender approach.
d. Victimological approach.
and. Constructivist approach.
5. Each session of the Modules must contain:
to. Objectives
b. Focus
c. Methodology used
d. Ability or Competence to develop
and. Indicators of achievement
F. Assessment rubric.
6. Content
to. Activities to develop
b. Teaching letter
c. Lesson plan
d. Assessment heading

and. Material of the facilitator or trainer and of the participants
F. PPT of the sessions
7. Number of hours
to. Incorporate the necessary adjustments arising in the validation stage
b. Participate in a meeting with the IJM MERL team, for the validation of the module evaluation tool.

PRODUCT 2:

Provide 2 training days, the first to police trainers and the second to investigators, both days of 16 hours each.

PERSON’S PROFILE OR CONSULTANT COMPANY:
• Professional in the area of psychology.
• Knowledge, experience or specialty in Child Clinical Psychology, mainly in Care for Children and Adolescents Victims of verifiable Violence.
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework on Children’s Rights and
Adolescence, especially in law growing together and women’s human rights.
• Knowledge and experience on a gender perspective.
• Knowledge in pedagogy, andragogy and constructivism.
• Experience on the operation of the criminal justice system in El Salvador.
