Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Communications Officer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing communications, a deep understanding of various marketing channels, and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns. As a Marketing Communications Officer, you will help drive brand awareness, and support our organization’s marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing communication strategies and campaigns that align with the organization’s marketing goals and objectives.
Content Creation: Create and curate compelling content for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, blog posts, social media, website content and other content requirements of the organization.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media marketing, online advertising, and content marketing.
Public Relations: Support public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, and partnerships to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.
Marketing Collateral: Develop and maintain marketing collateral such as presentations and other materials.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, standard practices, and competitive intelligence to put marketing strategies in place.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing communications, including developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including email marketing, social media, and content management systems.
- Knowledge of public relations principles and media relations.
- Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
