CONTEXT :
HI has been present in the DRC since 1995, through various development projects in inclusive education, early childhood development, strengthening civil society, etc, but also responses in the context of’urgency in functional rehabilitation to disability, food security and agricultural resilience and logistical strengthening. Today’hui HI operates in the city-province of Kinshasa, in the province of Kasai Central and the province of North Kivu. The annual budget of the DRC mission is 7 million’euros – different projects being implemented in consortium with’ other humanitarian organizations. The activities implemented by HI S’ revolves around :
access to health (maternal and child health, mental health, rehabilitation, etc.)
socio-economic inclusion (agricultural recovery, inclusive education etc.)
protection (protection of civilians in the context of armed conflict, etc.).
– Strengthening of the’humanitarian access (support to logistics operations, civil engineering etc..).
In 2024, the important issues are the development of integrated’intervention approaches, the maintenance of the quality of the delivered activities, and the strategic development of the mission
YOUR MISSION :
Under the responsibility of the Country Director and in collaboration with the headquarters departments, you, as Logistics Manager of the DRC program, will, you ensure the efficient management of logistics resources for the DRC.
You are the contact person of the country director and, as such, informs him of any problem and offers him solutions in his area of responsibility.
Vous participez activement à la réorganisation progressive de HI sur le terrain. Vous êtes est un acteur clé dans le déploiement et la mise en œuvre des standards logistiques de HI, consistant en un remaniement du positionnement de la logistique chez HI et l’affirmation du principe de la filière métier.
Vous êtes responsable d’une équipe logistique, approvisionnement et services généraux se répartissant dans trois bases : Kinshasa (Coordination), Kananga (Kasai) et Goma (Nord Kivu).
Vous aurez notamment comme responsabilités :
Mission 1 : Le management
Mission 2 : La définition de la partie Logistique de la stratégie du programme et le pilotage du plan d’action afférent
Mission 3 : Le déploiement des standards, la contribution à l’expertise et à la redevabilité de HI
Mission 4 : La mise en œuvre opérationnelle Logistique
Mission 5 : L’animation de la filière métier logistique sur son programme et la contribution à l’évolution de la filière métier logistique de l’organisation
Mission 6 : La préparation et réponses aux urgences
VOTRE PROFIL :
- Vous avez déjà des expériences avérées dans la formation et le transfert de compétences ainsi que dans l’écriture de procédures logistiques
- Vous possédez déjà des expériences management, vous savez faire progresser et développer l’autonomie de vos collaborateurs, vous savez vous positionner pour avancer, vous savez simplifier et prioriser
- Vous possédez les compétences métiers indispensables : maintenance, sûreté, planification, achats, approvisionnement, gestion des stocks et des transports
- Vous êtes à l’aise dans la veille, la réponse et la préparation aux urgences
