We are looking for a Health Executive – IDEC (M/F) to join our structure
Salary: From €40K gross per year depending on seniority, and 100% seniority resumption

Hierarchical position: under the responsibility of the Director
Reporting to the Director, a member of the management team, you manage the care team composed of nurses, nursing assistants, and home care workers.
Within a multidisciplinary team and in collaboration with a part-time coordinating physician, your daily missions are structured as follows:
You guarantee the continuity, quality and safety of care over 24 hours
You guarantee efficient human resources management: development of schedules, management of replacements, training, reception of interns;
In conjunction with the coordinating physician, you ensure the continuity of care and traceability in the care file, you plan entries/exits;
You participate in admissions committees;
You ensure the proper integration and monitoring of people in care;
You ensure the permanence of links with residents and families;
You collaborate with external partners;
You participate in the development or updating of protocols or procedures and guarantee their implementation with a view to securing care;
You control the medication circuit;
You ensure the organization of the reception and supervision of interns.
Working hours: Monday to Friday

Skills and professional experience:
Holder of a Health Management diploma and you have validated management experience in a similar position
You are an autonomous person, with a taste for teamwork and a sense of responsibility You have good coordination skills and you have a constant concern for quality You can highlight successful experience in team leadership and you demonstrate a good spirit of analysis and synthesis in emergency situations You ensure that you optimize the management of the human and material resources at your disposal. You organize and participate in multidisciplinary service staffs. You are proficient in office software.
