Focus on the Human Resources Management Service

The Human Resources Management Department consists of 8 people. The mission of its members is to ensure administrative compliance and pays for headquarters and expatriate staff, including, to provide operational support for administrative management and field travel and to define and implement policies, and, procedures and tools necessary for the management of quality human resources for headquarters and the field.

And the Assistant Human Resources Manager is involved in all this?

As an Assistant HUMAN Resources Management Manager, you will be in charge of the realization and/or supervision of’a number of HR management activities. In particular, you will be responsible for the administrative management and payroll of Headquarters staff. You second the head of Human Resources Management for the supervision and evolutions of the service S’included in the strategy of the HR department.

For this purpose, your responsibilities will be as follows :

Administrative management of headquarters staff : You will supervise the management of headquarters hires and personnel files (job proposals, development of employment contracts and briefings of new employees, etc, affiliations to the mutual-providence etc.), administrative follow-up of employees of the head office.

Management of an Assistant: You will supervise and coordinate all the activities carried out by the HRM Assistant Headquarters.

Pay and social management of staff: You will be responsible for drawing up the headquarters pay, balances of any account, treatment of sick leave, as well as the management of trainee gratuities. You will also manage contributions, insurance and social declarations for Headquarters staff. You will also be an expertise and verification relay for the payroll and social management of expatriate staff.

Supervision and animation of the team: You contribute to the supervision and animation of the team, in support of the HR manager, and will participate in the capitalization of the HR procedures of the headquarters.

Contribution to the evolution of the team: You will offer opportunities for improvement in the organization of the service and will participate in reflections on the’ orientation and strategy of the’ team.

The challenges ahead of you:

  1. To be the privileged interlocutor of Headquarters staff to accompany them kindly in their administrative follow-up ; 2. Accompany the HRM Manager during a period of internal organizational transformation ; 3. Contribute to the development of’improvement of internal processes in the service.

What you will need to succeed

Formation

You can justify a higher education in Human Resources.

Experience

You are strong of’ an experience of more than 3 years in management of Human Resources, in particular in social law and payroll, and ideally an experience in Headquarters of’ONG humanitarian. Have you worked with First International Emergency ? It will be an undeniable asset!

Skills

You know the basics of French labour law and show very good writing skills ? This post is for you ! Mastery of Sage payroll software will be highly appreciated.

Qualities required

You show excellent relational skills, ease of communication, both in writing and orally, and good negotiation skills. You are force of proposal, show of’a great rigor, of organization, of’empathy and curiosity. You have a taste for teamwork as well as’a good resistance to stress.

Languages

Do you speak French and’anglais fluently ? So much the better, it’is indispensable for this post !.

PUI will propose

Status: Framework

Salary: 3300 EUR gross monthly over 12 months

Medical coverage: 80% of the mutual Health and Providence

Support: Support up to 50% of the ticket and up to 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of 9€)

Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37h/week)
