DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for an intern (e) in support of the structuring of the LMS platform within our Human Resources Department, Skills Development department. The internship consists in organizing the catalogue of skills development actions on our internal platform « HI Academy » (LMS).
Your main activities will be :
Activity 1: Contribute to the proposal of’a catalogue architecture aligned with the organization of the trades and skills of’Handicap International. You will have to propose a new structuration co-constructed with the Poles « Trades » and establish an action plan to integrate this new architecture.
Activity 2: Contribute to the implementation of this new architecture. You will be responsible for transferring all paths and modules into the new architecture. You will also need to check that the search engine works for each of the HI business skills.Advertisement
PROFILE:
We are looking for a profile with a bachelor or master’s degree in Pedagogical Engineering with a specialization in LMS platform. Professional experience in LMS administration/management would be a plus, including experience with 360 Learning.
You will have to show autonomy on your perimeter of responsibility as well as relational and collaborative capacity.
English and French proficiency at a professional level is also required.
In terms of computer skills, you will need to master how LMS, Excel and CSV file management work for data import.

ACCESSIBILITY OF THE WORKPLACE :
The premises are easily accessible by public transport (bus, metro). Car parking and a bicycle park are also available. Within the building, access ramps and elevators ensure better traffic. All workstations are located in Open Space but boxes are available on each floor to work in peace if necessary. The’work space is very bright.

CONDITIONS:
You will receive :
• A monthly gratification of 623,70€
• 40% face value of 8.96 euros (60 % at the expense of the’ employer, 40% at your expense)
• A 50% participation in your transport subscription
• Many sports and social activities are offered on our premises
You must have at your disposal a compulsory internship agreement issued by a French education or training institution.
