Head of Marketing (CDI) At Asmae


Asmae is an independent and secular (non-denominational) association law 1901, recognized as a public utility. It was created in 1980 by Sister Emmanuelle to provide protection and education to the most vulnerable children in the world. Present in 7 countries: Egypt, Lebanon, India, Philippines, Madagascar, Burkina Faso and France, Asmae supports local actors while also acting on an institutional scale. The teams of’Asmae – Association Sr. Emmanuelle, in France and abroad, pursue the’action of their founder in the respect of its values and its methods: listening and proximity, pragmatism, etc, consideration of differences, professionalism and reciprocity. THE MISSION

The collection service is part of the Private Resources, Communication and Awareness division. The’service challenge is to collect, diversify and develop the financial resources of the’Association. The strategy of private resources is focused on major donors, regular donations, liberalities and wants to strengthen digital. The’association continuously seeks to develop new collection methods to expand the possibilities of donations such as cryptocurrencies, gaming… Under the direct responsibility of the Collection Manager and in collaboration with the various departments of the’association at headquarters and in the field, you actively participate in the development of the General Public collection.

THE POST

Within’a team of 4 people, your main missions are as follows :

1. Implementation of marketing operations

– Implement all the operations of digital marketing, direct marketing and the solidarity shop. – Participate in the on and off-line general public collection strategy in close collaboration with the head of Collecting and the’agence conseil.

– Manage schedules and revisions of loyalty and prospecting campaigns with service providers. – In connection with the donor management and donor relationship, ensure the consistency of the donor pathway and the fair exposure of targets according to their profile according to a predefined cycle with the’ objective to improve the pathways and ROIs.

– Ensure the updating of key indicators and propose axes of’improvement of the collection.

– Optimize the tools for reporting and monitoring campaign performance.

– Ensure market intelligence and new trends.

– Be in support of’actions of collection coming from volunteers.

2. Database administration and the’gift ecosystem

– Maintain the different applications of the’ fundraising ecosystem in operational condition in connection with the different users and be a force of proposal.

– Administer campaigns in the database and manage operations.

– Optimize the’ ecosystem of donations.

3. Transversal activities

– Animate, coordinate, supervise the’ all the service providers concerned by the implementation of the marketing plan. – Follow up billing.

– Update or create procedures related to collection.

– Participate in external networks related to the business of collection to improve good practices.

– Ensure good communication and internal coordination of operations, content and in particular with the International Action Center and the Communication and Patronage and Philanthropy services. – Participate contribute to the’organisation of’collection events organised by the’association.

THE REQUIRED PROFILE Training(s) / Professional experiences :

– Bac+3/5 higher education in marketing, commerce, ESC or equivalent.

good knowledge of the NPO community, fundraising (fundraising) and its actors (direct marketing consulting agencies, file brokers, call centers’s, street marketing companies, printers, database hosts…) and synergies collection/communication. – 3 years experience in agency, foundation or association in the following areas : fundraising, direct marketing, and database management.

Skills and qualities :

– Knowledge of digital and direct marketing collection levers.

– Excellent culture of numbers and good knowledge of direct marketing tools : database management (knowledge of’Eudonet is a plus), statistical techniques (segmentation, audience targeting, typology), etc, construction of arguments, …

– Excellent ability to work with computer tools (Tools of’emailing, Database, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams etc.).

– Sensitivity to’innovation

– Editorial capabilities

PRACTICAL MODALITIES

Type of contract : Contract for an indefinite period (CDI)

Status : Employee.e

Position taking : As soon as possible Duration of work : full-time position (37h/week, RTT) Compensation : 30K€ – 34K€ gross annual over 12 months, according to profile Place of work : post based in Montreuil (93) – Telework : 3 days (charter) Mutual 70% supported by Asmae, Restaurant vouchers from’a face value of 9€ of which 60% supported by Asmae, Refund at 50% forfait navigo or Sustainable Mobility.
