Responsibilities of position
He/she is responsible for defining the deployment and development strategy of SolisBot internally (other IS Countries) and externally (other organisations).
He/she is in charge of the definition and implementation of the financing plan and the financial viability of SolisBot.
He/she is responsible for the deployment of SolisBot within the countries of the IS’ intervention and within the other organizations.
He/she is responsible for the operational follow-up of external stakeholders (user organisations, institutional or private funders, partners, etc.).
He/she manages the’ project team
Main activities of the post
Representation :
Structure the’ promotional argument of the’tool for each of the stakeholders
Promote SolisBot to the’external for the’use by other’ organization (objective of’ to 8 NGOs by 2030
Pilot and coordinate the search for funding opportunities with the support of the Department of private partnerships and institutional cooperation
Guarantee the support and follow-up of external partners and prospects
Strategy :
Define the multi-year strategy of the project
Implement this strategy after validation of the steering committee and follow it with’indicators of’activity and performance
Define the Solis Bot improvements roadmap according to the strategy and drive its implementation.
Project management :
Capitalize all the knowledge of the Lebanon office project to ensure the transfer of skills to headquarters
Pilot, coordinate and implement the institutional deployment of SolisBot within the IS Countries in connection with the field teams
Pilot, coordinate and implement the deployment of SolisBot within’ other organizations
Prepare and lead steering committees
Budget /funding :
Developing the SolisBot financing plan
Decline the financing plan in annual budgets and in the first place over the period 2024-2026
Ensure the budgetary follow-up of the project and ensure the’adaptation with the annual budgets and the financing plan
Develop and guarantee financial resources through the development of partnerships
Lead and coordinate the drafting of project proposals with the support of the Department of Accountability and Development of Partnerships (RDP).
Occupations :
Ensure compliance with the SERA requirements of SolisBot
Ensure compliance with the prerequisites of’information systems, and mainly on the cybersecurity aspects, of SolisBot
Set up and monitor the indicators of’impacts of SolisBot and draw from them regular analyses
Ensure the implementation of technical and business documentation
YOUR PROFILE
3 Years of’ experience in project management ideally with a digital component
Good knowledge of SERA issues and particularly accountability to beneficiaries
Significant experience in developing partnerships and representation
Significant experience in prospecting and financing management (institutional and private donors linked to the’humanitaire)
Experience in’company development is a plus
Experience in software project management with external dissemination is a plus
English and French professional imperative (read, spoken and written)
IF YOU WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
Position based at the headquarters of Solidarity International, in Clichy la Garenne (Mairie de Clichy Metro) with occasional trips on the ground
CDD Contract, Framework Status
Monthly gross remuneration of : 3 842 € or 4001 € depending on the grid in force at the headquarters and experiences of candidate.es
Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 per month or 100% teleworking with 3 days of mandatory face-to-face per month. Next profile and experiences of candidate.es and in accordance with the current Telework Charter and the manager.
Leave : 2.0833 CP /month and 1 day RTT / full month of work
Mutual (80 %), restaurant tickets (60%), Ile de France tickets (50%) supported by the’association, Monthly 100% Telework package
Days of recovery and medical coverage taken care of 100% during the field trips
