WHAT WE DO …
INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY(SI) is an association of’international humanitarian aid which, for more than 40 years, has been providing relief to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to vital needs, drinking, eating, eating, eating, S’abriter. Particularly engaged in the fight against diseases related to unhealthy’, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions an expertise in the field of’access to drinking’water,’sanitation and the promotion of hygiene but also in that, essential, food security and means of’. Present in about twenty countries, SI – 2000 teams in total composed of’expatriates, national staffs, permanent staff at headquarters, some volunteers…intervene with professionalism and commitment in respect of cultures.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The/The Referent.e Internal Audit is placed under the responsibility of/the Ethics and Internal Audit department manager and works closely with the various head offices and headquarters departments on the management of internal audits.
He/She oversees internal’audit exercises aimed at the’improvement of processes and internal controls of the field and headquarters as well as partner due diligence
He/She is the technical reference for the Compliance, Risk and Transparency positions in the field. He/She is also the/hierarchical manager of the Inner Auditor of’Audit and the Flying Internal Auditor.
Through 4 essential pillars of the position : Internal Audit Headquarters and Field ; Due Diligence Partners ; Internal Control ; Archiving /it (non-exhaustive list) :
- Defines the annual internal’audit plan of the’organisation (headquarters and field)
- Validates the internal’audits plans developed by the field compliance teams and accompanies their deployment.
- Conducts internal’audit exercises in the field and at headquarters.
- Frames the deployment of’Auto-Evaluation exercises.
- Is in support of teams for any subject related to the internal’audit.
- Pilots the development and’improvement of standards and methodology ‘internal audit’ of the ethics department and internal audit
- S’ ensures that all due diligence implementation partners are carried out by the’ team internal audit headquarters and the teams compliance field.
- Advises the headquarters and Country teams on a daily basis in the implementation of’exercises of internal control
- Frames the deployment of tools for monitoring recommendations
- Contributes as necessary to IS’s response to the findings and recommendations of external auditors; as well as’s questions from partners and/or funders on internal operations and processes.
- Is responsible for the production of’ standardsarchiving of the structure.
- Supports the deployment and/or the updating of the risk management tools in the field.
- Contributes to minimizing the risks of’abus by ensuring compliance with internal standards and ethical lines of Solidarity.
- Actively communicates around the’ existence of the SI code of conduct and behavior.
Responsible for the proper implementation of HR policies and processes in order to ensure that we have both the number of people and the sum of knowledge necessary for the activities that he’s responsible.
SPECIFIC CHALLENGES AND CHALLENGES :
- Organization of work requiring to carry out tasks of funds while ensuring an operational daily whose volume and priorities may vary.
- Variable presence of equivalent positions in the field, assuming to adapt the level of’involvement and monitoring according to the countries.
YOUR PROFILE
- In-depth knowledge of the humanitarian sector essential
- Experience(s) humanitarian field confirmed(s) on the trades « support » to coordination positions.
- Experience(s) in Internal Audit
- Appetence for the management of organizational risks.
- Perfect mastery of French and English both at the’oral and’ at the written.
- Mastery of the office pack.
- Teamwork ability, pedagogue, conscientious(se) and practical common sense.
- Rigor, capacity of’analysis and’organization, management of priorities.
IF YOU WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
- Position based at the headquarters of Solidarity International, in Clichy la Garenne (Mairie de Clichy Metro) with field trips
- CDI Contract, Framework Status
- Monthly gross remuneration of : 3 502 € or 3 647 € depending on the grid in force at the headquarters and experiences of candidate.es
- Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 days of Teleworking per month or 100% of teleworking with 3 days of mandatory face-to-face per month (package TT paid monthly). In accordance with the Telework Charter in force and the manager.
- Leave : 2.0833 CP /month and 1 day RTT / full month of work
- Mutual (80 %), restaurant tickets (60%), transport tickets Ile de France (50%) supported by the’association
- Insurance taken care of during field trips and 1 day of recovery per weekend spent on mission.
