JOB DESCRIPTION

The/La Logistien.ne Desk joins the’ team at the desk Red that currently supports the work of South Sudan, Nigeria, Myanmar and’Afghanistan. He/She works closely with her desk colleagues and logistics teams at headquarters and in the field.

The/La Logisticien.ne Desk acts as a logistics reference and supports the installation and development of programs in the countries under its responsibility. He/She provides support to the units desks and control of the missions of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL Il/It participates in the activities of the logistics department and takes part in the definition of the global logistics strategy of the’association, ensuring its effective implementation on missions.

You have field experience in a logistics position, you want to work at the headquarters of’a dynamic association while keeping a lot of’interactions with the field, you like the logistical and human challenges, you, you like to collaborate with international teams, this position is for you. You master Excel and’anglais, you are rigorous-se, dynamic and creative-ve, you will know how to meet the many challenges of this position.

FUNCTION :

(Non-exhaustive list)

Define, with the logistics coordinators, the logistics strategies of the missions, in coherence with the global logistics strategy of the’association and the humanitarian strategy of the mission
Provide technical support to logistics teams in the field (purchase and supply, electricity, inventory management, infrastructure management, vehicle fleet management, security, etc.)
S’insure of the application of the logistics procedures of Solidarities International and/or donors, at headquarters and in the field
Supervise the budgetary dimensioning of projects and the’integration of logistics components in project proposals
Supervise the sizing of the’equipment park on the ground and the renewal policy
Participate in the sizing of logistics teams in the field
Ensure the regular monitoring of logistics reporting tools, determine indicators, and manage the missions
Participate in the recruitment of logistics positions in the field
Plan and carry out field visits in support, support and training of logisticians and logistics coordinators of missions
Receiving and processing’achat files from the field, for purchases made at headquarters and in the field, by supervising the communication circuits linked to their validation

YOUR PROFILE

Training :

Level Bac + 2/3 minimum in humanitarian logistics (type Bioforce) or University Master (awareness to the’humanitarian and/or logistics would be appreciated)

Experience :

At least 3 years of field experience in NGOs, including logistics and in coordination positions. Additional experience at the headquarters of’une NGO would be an additional asset
Ability of’analysis and’organization, priority management
Good management of’information and good communication skills
Essential mastery of’informatics (Pack Office and O365)
Knowledge and mastery of LINK would be a plus
A technical specialization (mechanics, electricity, energy, transport, etc.) and an appetite for’Information Systems would be an asset
Prior experience on one of the contexts covered by the Desk (South Sudan, Nigeria, Afghanistan and/or Myanmar) would be a plus

Languages :

French, English (very good level, read, spoken and written) required

IF YOU WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

CDI Contract – Framework Statute
Position based at the headquarters of Solidarity International, in Clichy la Garenne (Mairie de Clichy Metro) with field trips
Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 days of Teleworking per month or 100% of teleworking with 3 days of mandatory face-to-face per month (Monthly fee paid for people in 100% TT)
Monthly gross remuneration : 3183 € or 3316 € according to the salary grid in force
Leave : 2,0833 CP /month and 1 day RTT /month full work
Days of recovery and medical coverage taken care of 100% during the field trips
Mutual (80 %), restaurant tickets (60%), transport tickets Ile de France (50%) supported by the’association
