SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an association of’international humanitarian aid which, for more than 40 years, has been
assistance to populations affected by armed conflict and natural disasters by meeting vital needs, drinking, eating, sheltering. Particularly engaged in the fight against diseases related to unhealthy’, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions an expertise in the field of’access to drinking’water,’sanitation and the promotion of hygiene but also in that, essential, food security and means of’. Present in about twenty countries, SI – 2000 teams in total composed of’expatriates, national staffs, permanent staff at headquarters, some volunteers…intervene with professionalism and commitment in respect of cultures.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Within’ a team of 6 people, accompanying the growth of the’organisation, the· Supply Officer is responsible for the supplies (international purchases and the’import-export for the’ set of missions of Solidarities International). It also ensures the management of the stock and actively provides follow-up, advice to logistics teams on the’international supply.
He works under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager and in close collaboration with the· in charge of purchasing, supervises the work of the’Service Assistant.
Le· Loaded with supplies :
Supervise and /or manage live (depending on the situation) international purchases and’import-export for all missions of Solidarity International
Carry out the purchases necessary for the constitution or reassortment of the contingency and’Urgence stock
Will be in charge of stock management (land / contingency / SAV / Emergency)
Will also participate in the’adaptation,’evolution and/or creation of’tools and procurement services procedure.
YOUR PROFILE
Initial technical training in logistics and significant experience in logistics
A first field experience in NGOs, especially on humanitarian emergency responses’, including logistics would be a plus.
Rigor, capacity of’analysis and’organization, management of priorities.
Essential mastery of’informatics (Excel, Word, Outlook).
A technical specialization (international transport, inventory management, etc.) would be an asset
Current mastery of French and’anglais (very good level read, written and spoken).
IF YOU WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
Position based at the headquarters of Solidarity International, in Clichy la Garenne (Mairie de Clichy Metro) with possible travel on the ground
CDI Contract – Framework Statute
Monthly gross remuneration of : 2,865 € or 2,985 € depending on the grid in force at headquarters
Possibility of teleworking : 4 days of teleworking per month, in accordance with the Teleworking Charter in force and the manager.
Leave : 2.0833 CP /month and 1 day RTT / full month of work
Mutual (80 %), restaurant tickets (60%), transport tickets (50%) supported by the’association
