WHAT WE DO …
SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an association of’ international humanitarian aid which, for nearly 40 years, has been providing relief to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to the vital needs of, drinking, eating, s’abriter. Particularly engaged in the fight against diseases related to unhealthy’, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions an expertise in the field of’access to drinking’water,’sanitation and the promotion of hygiene but also in that, essential, of, food security and means of’. Present in about twenty countries, SI – 2000 teams in total composed of’expatriates, national staffs, permanent staff at headquarters, etc,some volunteers..- intervene with professionalism and commitment in respect of cultures.
OFFER DESCRIPTION
Under the responsibility of the Head of accounting and flow monitoring, you work closely with the other employees of the Financial Department.
L’assistant(e) comptable ensures :
Entering supplier invoices allocated to headquarters budgets
Lettering of accounts suppliers, partners, employees and customers (excluding lessors)
Tracking vouchers to pay supplier invoices,
Tracking of debit notes seat and collection
Entering and verifying staff expense reports, and,
SEIZure of’a part of the various operations related to headquarters and expatriate staff,
Classification and electronic’archiving of accounting documents of the head office.
Reconciliation of accounting data in relation to our donor database
Participates in the constitution of the dossiers of’audits audits carried out by our Auditors and external’audits carried out by our donors
L’assistant(e) comptable will also be able to occasionally support the field accountants on the preparation and’analysis of the monthly accounting packages received from the field :
Preparation of the’integration of accounting
Verification of lettering and parts sent by email
YOUR PROFILE
Higher Education Bac at BAC +3 BTS/DUT in Accounting Management at DECF, Master or equivalent
A first experience in general and analytical accounting is a plus
Proficiency in computer tools, including database use (Excel) and accounting software.
Rigor and spirit of’analysis
Excellent relationship, autonomous, flexible and enthusiastic
Interest in’humanitaire or international experience in developing countries and mastery of’anglaise (oral and written) will be a plus

Alternance based in the headquarters of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL in Clichy (92), metro Mairie de Clichy
Learning contract
Gross monthly remuneration of : according to the rules in force
Public transport supported at 50% by SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL
Possibility of teleworking : 4 days of Teleworking per month. In accordance with the Telework Charter in force and the manager.
Leave : 2,0833 CP /month
Tickets restaurant at 8,90€/day of internship, with participation of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL at 60%
