Job Description:
The National Directorate Overseas employs nearly 550 employees in 6 territories (Antilles, Guyana, Reunion, Mayotte, New Caledonia and French Polynesia) in 40 establishments, including, poles and services.
The activities of this territory generate 35 million’euros.
Presentation of the French Red Cross in Guyana: In order to respond as closely as possible to the needs of the most vulnerable populations, the action of the CRf in Guyana falls within the 4 strategic axes : Crisis management and prevention, Health and the fight against addictions, Youth and educational offer, Development of training. The actions of establishments and delegation are defined in conjunction with health, social actors and public authorities in the territories concerned ( Regional Health Agency, Territorial Collectivity, Prefecture and other associations … ) in order to best meet the needs of the population and to be consistent with the guidelines defined by public policies.
Post1) Accounting, management control and reporting : Guarantee the reliability of the accounts of institutions and financial and accounting documents in accordance with the legislation. Supervise the accounting teams in their organisation and the respect of deadlines and procedures. In connection with the establishment directorates : Develop the budgets of the establishments in accordance with the strategic choices of the Outremer Directorate. supervise the development of quarterly orders, annual administrative accounts and estimated budgets. Define and supervise the drafting of comments on the results of institutions. Deploy monthly monitoring of establishments. 2) Treasury – Banking relations : Develop the financing plans of the States, validate the treasury budgets, etc,monitor and analyze the osition of cash 3) Computing : Accompany the necessary needs of the Ets. 4) General services : Negotiate major service contracts, analyze cost reduction 5) Supervise, lead, coordinate the activity of the team under its responsibility Join-usJoin the French Red Cross: C’is join a large association that works daily with vulnerable people and an inclusive organization that considers the diversity of its employees as a key asset ! Candidate profile
Level bac +5 essential.
You have a degree course from a major business school, a higher degree in accounting and management (DSCG) or the professional Master in Accounting Audit Control (CCA).
You justify of’an experience of at least 5 years on a similar position, completed in the firm of’expertise.
You work in a multi-institutional environment.

Real support of the Territorial Director and the directors of institutions, and support of management control, you will know how to capitalize on your experience to optimize the accounting processes and thus contribute to the performance of the’Institution.
