Job Description:
The National Directorate Overseas employs nearly 550 employees in 6 territories (Antilles, Guyana, Reunion, Mayotte, New Caledonia and French Polynesia) in 40 establishments, including, poles and services.
The activities of this territory generate 35 million’euros.
Presentation of the French Red Cross in Guyana : In order to respond as closely as possible to the needs of the most vulnerable populations, the’action of the CRf in Guyana is part of the 4 strategic axes : Crisis management and prevention, Health and the fight against addiction, Youth and educational offer, Training development. The actions of the institutions and the delegation are defined in relation to the health, social and public authorities of the territories concerned (Regional Health Agency, Territorial Community, etc, Prefecture and other associations …) in order to best meet the needs of the populati on and’ inscribe coherently in the orientations defined by public policies.
Post1 ) Accounting, management control and reporting: Guarantee the reliability of establishments’ accounts and financial and accounting documents in accordance with legislation. Supervise the accounting teams in their organization and the respect of deadlines and procedures. In connection with the departments of establishments: Develop the budgets of establishments in accordance with the strategic choices of the Outremer Department. supervise the preparation of quarterly orders, annual administrative accounts and provisional budgets. Define and then supervise the writing of comments concerning the results of establishments. Deploy monthly monitoring of establishments. 2 ) Treasury – Banking relations: Develop Ets financing plans, validate cash budgets,monitor and analyze the osition of cash 3) Computing : Accompany the necessary needs of the Ets. 4) General services : Negotiate major service contracts, analyze cost reduction 5) Supervise, lead, coordinate the activity of the team under its responsibility Join-usJoin the French Red Cross: C’is join a large association that works daily with vulnerable people and an inclusive organization that considers the diversity of its employees as a key asset ! Candidate profile
Level bac +5 essential.
You have a degree course from a major business school, a higher degree in accounting and management (DSCG) or the professional Master in Accounting Audit Control (CCA).
You justify of’an experience of at least 5 years on a similar position, completed in the firm of’expertise.
You work in a multi-institutional environment.
With a strong accounting foundation, your flexibility and intellectual agility allow you to ENJOY complex environments and perform.
Real support of the Territorial Director and the directors of institutions, and support of management control, you will know how to capitalize on your experience to optimize the accounting processes and thus contribute to the performance of the’Institution.
