About Common Goal

With more than three billion fans, soccer is the largest social phenomenon on the planet. No other sport boasts such wealth, reach or cultural significance. At Common Goal, we envision a world where soccer creates a more inclusive and equal society. Our mission is to mobilize the global soccer ecosystem to create access to more safe spaces for young people to play, learn, and thrive.

We engage with some of the biggest stakeholders and change makers in soccer (including top athletes, brands, clubs, confederations – from Megan Rapinoe, Naomi Girma, MLS franchises, to Jurgen Klopp and adidas to UEFA) to strengthen a network of over 200 community organizations across 100+ countries, via access to funding and specific thematic programs.

Over this 25+ year journey, we’ve created an award-winning organization (UN, EU, FIFA, UEFA and global social entrepreneurship networks) and a significant blueprint in the North American market (USWNT players, NWSL clubs, top brands the likes of Fox Sports, Better Help…).

Come help us take it to the next level!
