L’all the establishments of the sanitary sector the CRf represents more than 2000 beds and places in 10 regions of the metropolitan territory, with 29 hyperspecialized establishments, in the field of OCM (obstetric surgery medicine), and, SSR (Response and rehabilitation care), HAD (hospitalization at home), child psychiatry and health centres.”
We are looking for a (e) Director (trice) for our Henry Dunant Hospital located in Paris 16th composed of 158 beds : a 56-bed suite and rehabilitation unit (SSR), a 78-bed USLD long-term care unit, and, a geriatric short-stay unit (MCO) with 24 beds (budget 12 M€ ; 140 employees) and soon the’opening of’a Day Hospital.

Attached (e) to the territorial director, you have the missions of :
- Take the policy of the’establishment in all its dimensions: project of’establishment, quality and well-being policy of patients, certification, kindness and development of activities
- Manager and accompany the’team under your responsibility
- Ensure budgetary and financial management by monitoring activities as well as’au return to the’ equilibrium
- Manage the’immobilier and the infrastructures and the multi-annual plan of the investments by defining a preventive strategy
- Guarantee the quality of relations with the medical community, external partners, territorial actors and ensure a network of’influence
- Guaranteeing the quality of patient care
- Ensure the steering of the various bodies and commissions
- Pilot and control the operational management of the establishment (security of beneficiaries, staff and premises, control and evaluation, admissions and exits of users.)
- Conduct human resources policy, promote good relations with the social partners in compliance with legal and conventional provisions, and, by ensuring the good social climate in connection with the human resources division of the sector

Practical information related to the position
Position based in Paris 16th
Level 1 training, you have a confirmed and successful experience in the management of a sanitary establishment having in the’ideal a double authorization MCO / SMR, supplemented by an experience of the geriatrics.
Field man or woman and confirmed manager(e), you adhere to the values of the French Red Cross and are motivated(e) by the current challenge of supporting change and leading teams while ensuring economic performance and organizational structure of this institution.
Recognized for your relational intelligence and managerial fluency, you are able to lead large-scale’ projects and build quality relationships with all internal and external partners serving the users of the’ establishment.
