Position based in Migennes with one-off trips
You will join a dynamic team for whom’entraide and sharing are present every day !
Ensure the economic, financial, real estate and logistical management of the establishment
Manager and accompany the team under his responsibility
Define and implement the establishment project in connection with the national guidelines
Steering the quality approach, guaranteeing the safety of care and practices
Represent the establishment and develop activities and partnerships
Pilot the real estate project allowing to implement a capacity increase ( + 50 specialized full hospital beds and 30 day hospital places )
Continue the relations established with the supervisory authorities and the partners of the territorial hospital group ( GHT ).

The position is based in Migennes in the premises of’USAP, health facility specialized in multipurpose rehabilitation (40 beds – 44 FTE – CA of 4 million €) with 1’ activity increase project in partnership with local rehabilitation actors. The’team is composed of professional care, rehabilitation, medical staff, as well as all the support professions of the’hotel, maintenance, through administrative staff.

Training Level 7 in management of medico-social or health establishment ( Master Management of CNAM Health Services, Executive Master Sciences Po – Master GEMIOSS, CAFDES … ), ideally you benefit from a minimum of 5 years experience on similar functions ideally acquired in the health sector.
Communication man / woman, endowed with ( e ) a real service spirit, you are recognized ( e ) for your animation skills and your listening quality with your interlocutors ( family, patients…) and the multidisciplinary team in place.
Charismatic and diplomatic manager, you want to invest yourself, independently, in a major project by sharing our associative values.
In addition to your rigor and management skills, you master the regulation of the health sector, and ideally have good knowledge in gerontology.
Regular and occasional travel on the department.
Compensation according to the Collective Convention of the French Red Cross between 53 and 65 K€ annual gross + PO at 5%
