The ERP project initiated and under implementation aims to improve the financial and logistical management processes of Doctors of the World through the implementation of’a new software : SAP. This project is part of the desire of Doctors of the World to evolve towards a high level of management of activities and management by harmonizing in particular the business processes and working practices in a frame of « digital and organizational transformation ». The deployment phase of the solution consists mainly of training new users and deployment at headquarters, on our missions in France and abroad.

As part of the ERP-SAP project and under the hierarchical supervision of the referent “Procedures, financial tools and financial training”, your main responsibility is to ensure the deployment of the SAP software package in the field of financial and accounting management both at headquarters and on the ground (France and international).
Your missions include :
Trainings
- Facilitate on-site and remote training sessions
- Train users in SAP on accounting and management
- Evaluate the results of training
- Monitoring of training and deployment
Updating and adjusting teaching materials
- Prepare, improve, complete educational content in connection with business experts and with the already present training team’.
- Respect the internal modalities of’animation
- Take note of the process reference system on the functional perimeters of management control accounting
- Remount alerts and malfunctions, contribute to the arbitration and the arrangements to be made if necessary
Preparation and implementation of settings
- Collect the necessary information according to the site
- Support the’ parameterization team
- Prepare the deployment on the site with the business experts
- Set up and monitor indicators for deployment phases.
Profile sought
- Bac + 3 Supply chain/purchase/logistics or experience purchasing, logistics coordination in humanitarian environment
- At least three years of professional experience on the supply chain (purchasing, stock management)
- Significant experience in coaching and training of’team
- Previous experience with an ERP deployment
- Ability to work in a team
- Sense of analysis, sense of synthesis

- Mastery of office tools (Pack Office)
- Knowledge of’an ERP modules purchasing/stock management or equivalent.
- French and spanish current

Employment conditions
- Position under a fixed-term contract of eighteen (18) months to be filled as of October 1, 2024
- Monthly gross salary of 3,306 euros
- Position status : supervisor
- Equivalent 13th month paid in 2 times – from 6 months of’seniority of actual work
- Mutual (60% participation of MdM and 40% of the employee)
- 22.5 RTT /year
- 5 Weeks paid leave /year
- Tickets restaurant d’a value of 9.00 euros (participation up to 60% of MdM)
- 50% public transit ticket refund%
- Telework agreement subject to’eligibility of your position : 110 Days of telework per year (on average 2.5 days of telework per week) with the obligation to work face-to-face at least 5 days per month
