THE POST.
Background
As part of a replacement for maternity leave, Bioforce research for its Europe Training Center ( CFBE ) located in Vénissieux ( 69 ), a ( e ) Coordinator ( ) Course & trades.
You will be responsible for supporting the professional integration of learners in the training center.
Activities
Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Manager of the Bioforce Europe Training Center, you will be responsible for the following missions :
- Coordinate the implementation of the support and support system for the professional integration of learners from the Bioforce Europe Training Center :
- Pilot and coordinate the implementation of the route & trades module ;
- Check the programming of activities ( face to face, individual interviews ) ;
- Mobilize and monitor the external stakeholders necessary for carrying out the activities ;
- Develop the budget for activities and monitor them ;
- Propose methods and tools for the implementation of the support system.
- Accompany and guide learners in their professional integration project :
- Organize and carry out individual support and orientation interviews during and after the training course ;
- Conduct sector orientation interviews with an external audience ;
- Prepare and facilitate sessions and webinaries intended for the general public.
- Ensure the animation of educational activities in the field of support / advice to the professional project :
- Prepare and animate face-to-face training days.
- Liaise with the network of employers in the Solidarity and Humanitarian sectors
- Organize meetings with professionals in the sector ;
- Maintain links with employers in the sector ;
- Disseminate job offers offered by employers in the sector ;
- Monitor baseline sockets.
PROFILE DESIRED.
Knowledge & experiences
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the humanitarian or solidarity sector, and in support for adults in training.
You have proven coaching skills, career counseling and support for adults in training.
You know how to run a training course.
You master English orally and in writing ( minimum B2 level ).
Knowledge of adult training and support systems, training engineering and vocational training would be an additional asset.
Training
Bac + 3/4 in Human Resources Management, support for skills development, career advice, professional integration or a related field ( psychology, management, social sciences … ).

You have good interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
You are a pedagogue.
You are flexible, agile and autonomous.
You know how to manage your stress and take a step back from the situations you encounter and from your professional posture.
CONDITIONS.
Date of integration
Mid-October 2023.
Status
Employee takes part in the day package. Salary according to profile and remuneration grid, restaurant, mutual tickets and 6 weeks of paid leave / year, 15 RTT, telework possible.
Contract
9 month full-time CDD.
Location
