The NGO Forum is a coordination space made up of 39 international non-governmental organizations that implement humanitarian projects in Venezuela. The Grant and Partnership Coordinator works closely with the NGO Forum Representative to achieve high-quality, standards-compliant programming, through effective grant management and due diligence. The Coordinator of Grants and Partners will also respond to requests from members of the NGO Forum, will support the work of the Board of Directors, will support relations with national and local organizations, and will coordinate communications with member organizations, donors and other actors to achieve the objectives of the NGO Forum.

Duties and responsibilities
Generic responsibilities
one. Ensure compliance and adherence to NRC policies, guidelines, and procedures.
2. Support with the accession processes of the members of the NGO Forum and with administrative processes.
3. Coordinate the development of donor requests and reports, as well as guaranteeing compliance with donor requirements and quality control of projects executed at the NGO Forum.
4. Contribute to the preparation and review of financing proposals, budgets and donor reports, as well as the corresponding documentation of the members of the NGO Forum and specific projects.
5. Stay up to date with the priorities and trends of donors and members of the NGO Forum.
6. Coordinate with NGO Forum members to promote and facilitate high-quality implementation of work plan activities, compliance with donor standards, and accountability.

Specific responsibilities
one. Ensure effective coordination and communication between NGO Forum members, the Board of Directors, donors and other stakeholders. Coordination is one of the key elements of the position.
2. Support with administrative, logistical and financial processes to carry out the activities of the Forum, including monitoring the accession processes of the members.
3. Organize and coordinate in collaboration with the NGO Forum Representative all operational meetings with relevant groups and departments, including the Ordinary Member Assemblies, the Grant Opening Meeting (GOM), Progress Review Meetings (PRMs) and Grant Closure Meeting (GCM), and ensure that tools (spending plans, work plans, etc.) are up to date.
4. Coordinate the monitoring of the activities of the members in relation to location issues.
5. Support the Board of Directors and the Secretariat team at their meetings, as requested, and implement the agreed course of action.
6. Ensure that all official project documents and relevant communications are properly labeled and archived for audit purposes, and ensure updating of the NRC’s online grant management system throughout the project cycle.
7. Collaborate and support the Representative in all the necessary tasks in the unit (reports, review of proposals, update data, etc.).

Qualifications
Generic professional skills:
• University degree in social sciences or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and / or coordination for an organization with programming responsibility in a humanitarian, conflict or post-conflict context; or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in project cycle management and grant management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation and diplomatic skills, including professional credibility to provide coordination and sometimes guidance to member organizations.
• Documented results related to the responsibilities of the position.
• Great writing and editing capacity.
• English proficiency, spoken and written.

Context-related skills, knowledge and experience:
• Knowledge of the humanitarian context in Venezuela.
• Work experience with ECHO and BHA.
• Experience in external representation.
• Work experience in integrated programs.
• 10% availability to travel%.

Fixed-time Labor Contract, salary according to the scale of NRC Venezuela.
