CONTEXT:
The School-Based Program includes within its pillars the school meal program in the form of meals served in schools and, together with this, the formation of the School Food Team. Through this team and with the presence of the implementing partner, WFP guarantees the proper reception and storage of food, as well as the correct development and continuity of the Program while strengthening the capacities of schools and team members.
WORK OBJECTIVE
Under the supervision of the Monitoring Coordinator, the enumerator team is responsible for lifting and
ensure the quality of the data collection exercises, within the framework of the Program, following the
corporate lines of WFP. The enumerator team will be responsible for updating the registry
of beneficiaries, the survey of the results survey and various collection activities that are established from WFP.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role of these personnel will be to support in the following activities:
• In charge of data collection exercises, according to WFP corporate guidelines.
• Ensures the quality of the data collected in the field.
• Contributes to the achievement of the goals established by WFP on the number of surveys to lift
number of schools to visit for the exercise of registration of beneficiaries, update of beneficiary registrations, surveys on indicators of food security results and other exercises, collection of information that may be required, in accordance with the WFP technical standards and quality standards.
• Contributes to the fact that the data collected in the field is correctly charged to the WFP corporate platform.
• Learn how to manage corporate WFP tools in the implementation of data collection exercise.
• Reports in a timely manner technical-operational problems that may arise during the conduct of the surveys and proposes solutions to manage them, in coordination with the monitoring coordinator and the WFP team.
• Sailing for the proper handling of the technological equipment arranged by WFP for the survey.
• Complies with WFP corporate standards regarding the protection of beneficiary data.

– Face-to-face work and trips to municipalities within the state of Yaracuy.
