GENERAL OBJECTIVE
To design a methodology for strengthening life skills in children between 6 and 12 years old and adolescents between 13 and 18 years old that considers cognitive, personal and interpersonal skills, based on the systematization of work experiences on the subject in the Programs of Santa Cruz, Sucre, Potosí and El Alto.
EXPECTED PRODUCTS
Product 1. Work plan and schedule
Product 2. Biweekly progress reports on the consulting process
Product 3. A document systematizing the experience developed in the Programs of Santa Cruz, Sucre, Potosí and El Alto.
Product 4. A document proposing a methodology for strengthening life skills in the two age groups: girls and boys between 6 and 12 years old and adolescents between 13 and 18 years old. It must include:
- The design of an exit profile for girls, boys and adolescents.
- A proposed curriculum or life skills development plan (cognitive, personal and interpersonal) for both age groups.
- Educational materials and tools to measure the development of skills that include resources for working in person and virtually.
- Guides and work tools on the topics defined in the proposed profile that include resources for working in person and virtually.
- A plan and a training report for the technical team of the localities, in the use of educational materials
Product 5. Final consultancy report
TERM
The consultancy will have a maximum term of 70 calendar days for the products required upon signing the contract, and the consulting professional must adhere to the established time.
REQUIRED CONSULTANT PROFILE
- Academic training.
- Professionals in the social field, preferably in the pedagogical, psychological and related fields.
- Required professional experience
- 5 years in designing and implementing educational or psychosocial programs for children and adolescents.
- Development or implementation of programs with a focus on life skills development.
- Design of educational methodologies.
- Design of teaching materials.
- Training of teams of facilitators.
- Specific experience in the development of pedagogical consultancies.
- Experience in the development of teaching and didactic resources for in-person and virtual facilitation.
PROPOSAL
The proposal must include the following documents:
- Cover letter
- Curriculum Vitae, specific general experience of the applicant
- Copy of document supporting the Curriculum Vitae.
- Technical and economic proposal for the development of the consultancy (includes schedule)
- Taxes and Management in accordance with the law.
