OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION :

Attached to the’ compensation and benefits team (1 manager + 2 people), you are in charge of the analysis and monitoring of compensation systems (headquarters and international), and, you propose a wage policy related to the values of’HI and you have a role of advice, implementation and monitoring of the wage policy.

In this context, your main responsibilities are as follows :

Responsibility 1: Analysis and monitoring of the international headquarters and staff remuneration systems

  • Monitor the remuneration of comparable trades, an economic environment of the same type and a given geographical area.
  • Carry out and coordinate qualitative and quantitative studies, called « remuneration surveys », on all populations or specific (especially expatriates, nationals).
  • To compare the amount and structure of remuneration in the’ undertaking with market data.
  • Analyze the differences found by type of business, geographical area or region, classification level (reward audit).
  • Propose to the steering committee scenarios of’adjustment according to the strategy of the’organization.
  • Perform simulations on the’ evolution of the payroll (basic salary, bonuses, bonuses).

Realize the’ decision support matrices for managers and HR.

Responsibility 2 : Proposal for a wage policy

  • To be a force for proposal to the DG and the’ to shed light on the general evolution of packages, social benefits (retirement, pension, health costs), benefits in kind (Per Diem, Hardship, etc, housing Assistance…) -> CMEPI update and associated financial valuation.
  • Propose and have validated by the DG and the HRD an innovative remuneration policy in order to, under budget constraints, retain staff, attract new talent, etc, optimize the remuneration elements for tax purposes.

Consequently :

  • Focal point to animate the committee Classification (arbitration on the new functions requested, changes in dpi) and update the unique headquarters and field classification according to the annual schedule that has been defined.
  • Update of policies and documents compensation and benefits field (International Personnel and National Staff), therefore CMEPI and CSE (specific conditions of’engagement)
  • Assistance in the preparation of annual negotiations by being the force of proposal on the corrections to be made and the associated financial valuation.
  • Lead on the Package Committee (March and September): review of Per Diem, Hardship, RnR and starting conditions.

Responsibility 3: Advising, implementing and monitoring wage policy

  • Support and advise managers and operational staff in their compensation decisions (recruitment, advancement, etc.)
  • Implement and monitor the application of new remuneration systems

Other responsibilities :

  • Participation in cross-functional HR projects
  • Follow-up of the tax fund (fund management related to the taxation of international staff), implementation of the system, ensuring the internal associated communication of the HRD.

PROFILE REQUIRED :

  • You have a master 2 specialized in HR, finance, management, statistics
  • You have 5 years of’ experience in Human Resources
  • Strong.e of’a good spirit of’analysis, you like teamwork and interactions with various interlocutors
  • You have a good knowledge of law and taxation for the different remuneration and benefits schemes (remuneration packages)
  • You have an advanced command of’Excel (advanced functions, formulas, macros), modeling systems and payroll and query software

ACCESSIBILITY OF THE WORKPLACE :

The premises are easily accessible by public transport (bus, metro). Car parking and a bicycle park are also available. Within the building, access ramps and elevators ensure better traffic. All workstations are located in Open Space but boxes are available on each floor to work in peace if necessary. The’work space is very bright.
