From the Spanish Red Cross we seek to incorporate a delegate into the Spanish Red Cross delegation (CRE) in Mali/a Community Development with the aim of monitoring the projects in progress, as well as identifying and formulating new projects in coordination with the Malian National Society. The functions to be performed will be:
You will coordinate and supervise the adequate technical / economic execution of the projects in execution financed by Spanish cooperation and other donors.
You will coordinate the technical / economic part of the Malian Red Cross for the management and planning of development and humanitarian aid activities.
You will coordinate together with the managers and technical departments of the Malian Red Cross, public authorities, international organizations and other public / private organizations
You will supervise the execution and technical justification of the projects in compliance with the regulations of the Spanish Red Cross, and other donors.
You will supervise and prepare the technical and financial reports in Spanish and French (according to donor) of the projects under the responsibility of the CRE Delegation in Mali, according to the formats and internal procedures of CRE and the financing entities.
You will identify and formulate new project proposals in different areas of the country, in accordance with the requirements set by the main traditional donors (European Union, Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation, … etc.), local and autonomous Spanish
You will support the CRE Delegation in Mali based on the workload and those tasks that could be identified from the CRE Delegation and Central Office.
The essential requirements requested are:
Bachelor’s or Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Work experience of at least 1 year in management of development projects for international cooperation and / or humanitarian action according to the project cycle: identification, formulation, execution and justification.
Experience of at least 1 year in management, coordination, organization and planning of local staff teams.
Knowledge of the regulations of main funders.
Knowledge in the Logical Framework Approach and in Cooperation.
Level C1 of French, spoken and written (test will be carried out).
Windows Environment Domain (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.).
In addition, interested persons must be in possession of the necessary documentation according to Spanish labor legislation in order to be hired if necessary.
