Task Description: Scope of Work

•  Perform in the role of a system support admin responsible to configure and maintain business rules and criteria
•  Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and systems/applications
•  Requirements elicitation and review meetings with IT and other stakeholders; also participate in system and application design, development, and testing
•  Record and track issues reported and work with IT in resolving recurring system issues
•  Create and maintain learning material such as Tip sheets and Guidance documents
•  Support business stakeholders in their process of updating systems
•  Ensure data quality and accuracy, and identify and resolve data issues

Deliverables / Specific Outputs Expected from Consultant

•  Administration and configuration of business rules in the SRT system including development of documentation of this process for future reference
•  Resolve system issue by analyzing and clarifying the operation of the system in collaboration with IT
•  Support Data migration activities for new Systems that are being developed
•  Participate in IT and Stakeholder meetings and minute the discussions with action items
•  Test and ensure the system performs and meets the needs of the business functions developed
