The NGO PREMIERE URGENCE INTERNATIONALE is launching an International Call for Tenders for the award of a framework contract for the hygiene and NFI kits market in the North Kivu Province described below:
Lot 1 – Childbirth Kits
Lot 2 – Dignity Kits
Lot 3 – NFI WASH Kits
PUI does not commit to a financial amount in the framework contract. However, the annual amount of purchases is estimated at USD 700,078 (US dollars)
Provisional timetable:
- Call for applications (publication of the call for tenders): 10/23/2024 – 8:00 a.m.
- Start of withdrawal of participation files: 10/23/2024 – 8:00 a.m.
- Deadline for requesting information: 10/30/2024 – 4:00 p.m.
- Deadline for submission of offers: 11/22/2024 – 3:00 p.m.
- Public opening session for offers: 11/28/2024 – 2:00 p.m.
- Award of contract (unless procedure unsuccessful): 05/12/2024 – 10:00 a.m.
- Contract signature: 07/12/2024 – 10:00 a.m.
Any costs incurred by the bidder in participating in this tender, such as shipping costs, sample preparation, etc., will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
