1. About Trust Consultancy and Development

Trust Consultancy and Development is an independent research and third-party monitoring and evaluation (M&E) consultancy based in Gaziantep, Turkey, with two sister-companies, one in Islamabad, Pakistan and one in Erbil, Iraq. Trust provides a range of services and works with partner companies and NGOs in the MENA(T) region and beyond. 2. Objective

The objective of this internship is to support the Business Development Activities, developing strategies, and implementing plans to expand the company’s market presence and drive growth.

3. Scope of Work and Deliverables:

The intern will work closely with the Business Development Team and other team members to achieve the following tasks:

  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
    • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Stay updated with industry news, reports, and publications to understand the competitive landscape
    • Analyze competitors’ offerings, strategies, and market positioning.
  • Partnership Development:
    • Identify potential partners and collaborators.
    • Support the negotiation and development of partnership agreements.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to the Business Development team.
  • Deliverables
  • Comprehensive market research reports.
  • Lists of potential clients and partners.
  • Drafts of proposals and presentations.
  • Reports on industry events and networking activities.

4. About the Internship Position:

Trust offers internship position as Junior Officers (JOs) in our Business Development Department throughout the duration of the internship.

•This is a 4–6 months remote, part-time/full-time internship.

•During this internship, interns will go through various thematic topics in our Business Development Department.

•This is an unpaid internship.

5. Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Be a fluent/native English speaker.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.

6. Supervision and Reporting

The intern will report directly to the CEO. Regular check-ins and performance reviews will be conducted to ensure alignment with the internship objectives and professional development goals.
