Focus on the Operational Development and Partnerships Emergencies Service

The Emergency Department for Operational Development and Partnerships is made up of 7 people. The mission of its members is to enable PUI to propose major evolutions in its modalities of’ intervention, with the essential mission to ensure the development of humanitarian activities of First International Emergency.

And the Assistant Service of Emergencies and Operational Development and Partnerships in all this?

Under the responsibility of the Emergency Officers, and in support of the Head of Emergencies and Operational Development, you will be in charge of’ to support the service (one Service Manager, two Emergency Department Officers, and, one in charge of private partnerships, a Management Controller, a Logistics Officer, an HR Officer, a Health Referrer) in the development of, the implementation and operational follow-up in the field of IUP programmes.

You will contribute in particular to the capitalization of’geopolitical and contextual information, to the elaboration of project proposals, and, to the preparation of field missions as well as’ to the development of’organisation interventions in new areas and in humanitarian’urgences contexts. The geographies and contexts on which the’assistant SUDOP will work is brought to evolve and change during the internship according to the evolution of humanitarian crises and emergencies.

What you will need to get this internship

  • A Convention issued by your training organization ! : As such, you can justify, or are in the process of obtaining a higher degree (Master 2 or equivalent) in a field related to humanitarian action: project management, Social Sciences, etc, Political sciences.
  • Experience : Experience working in a team, in an associative environment and/or at’international, will be valued.
  • Skills : You have very good writing skills in French and English, and master’informatique (Word and Excel).
  • Qualities required : You are proof of’ autonomy, curiosity, versatility, organization, and are a force of proposal. You have good’adaptation ability and sense of support.
  • Languages : French and English have no secrets for you ? So much the better, these are two essential languages for this stag!

PUI will offer you

  • Gratification: 4.90 € / hour
  • Support: Support for 50% of the transport ticket and up to 60% of the Tickets Restaurant ( with a face value of 10 € )
  • Rest: 1 RTT per month ( 37h / week )
