Focus on the Logistics Service

The Logistics Service consists of 11 people. The mission of its members is to accompany field teams, controlling logistics procedures and practices.

And the· Purchasing & Shipping Assistant – Alternance in all this?

As’Assistant· Purchases & Expeditions, you will be under the supervision of the Responsible of the’Supply, in direct collaboration with the Purchasing & Expeditions Officers and in connection with the’ set of PUI missions.
Your role will be mainly to’ offer support to the management and monitoring of orders and shipments Terrain (missions, missions, etc, suppliers) through the processing of requests for’achats Terrain or requests for quotation, to manage the headquarters stocks of equipment land and’ organize shipments, and finally d’ support to administrative management and capitalize the supply branch, among other things through the implementation and updating of dashboards and various documents related to’activity.

What you will need to get this alternation

  • Training: You must be attached to a training center approved by the State, and currently carry out a higher training in logistics and/or management of International Solidarity projects, level equivalent to a Bac+3.
  • Experience: Do you already have experience working in a team ? All the better, it is essential for this position! An experience in an associative environment and/or at’international will be highly appreciated.
  • Skills: You have very good writing skills in French and master the’informatique (Pack Office).
  • Qualities required: You have a strong interest in logistics and/or one of its components (the’ supply chain would be an asset), and, as well as’a proven interest in the solidarity sector whose values you share. You have a good relational, show’organization, reactivity,’adaptability,’ autonomy, and have the’ desire to learn.
  • Languages: You master French at’oral as at’. A good knowledge of’anglais would be much appreciated.

PUI will propose

  • Status: Employee in professionalization contract or’apprenticeship contract
  • Salary:

Professionalization contract : Percentage of the SMIC determined according to the’age and the diploma

’learning contract : Percentage of the SMIC determined according to the’age and the’year of’apprenticeship

  • Support: Support up to 50% of the ticket and up to 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of 10€)
  • Medical cover : 100% of the health and foresight mutual
  • Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37h/week)
  • Five days of leave for exams
  • One telework policy flexible, based on three modalities.
