SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an association of’ international humanitarian aid which, for nearly 40 years, has been providing relief to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to the vital needs of, drinking, eating, s’abriter. Particularly engaged in the fight against diseases related to unhealthy’, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions an expertise in the field of’access to drinking’water,’sanitation and the promotion of hygiene but also in that, essential, of, food security and means of’. Present in about twenty countries, SI – 2000 teams in total composed of’expatriates, national staffs, permanent staff at headquarters, etc,some volunteers..- intervene with professionalism and commitment in respect of cultures.
OFFER DESCRIPTION
L’assistant(e) is attached(e) to the responsible accounting department, and works closely with the 4 field accounting officers (CCT) and the head accountant. He/she will support the four field accountants in carrying out the monthly and annual accounting work. Specifically, he/she will work on the following tasks
Perform pre-processing to limit latency before missions can regain control of their accounting data
To come in support of the field accountants in order to face the perceptible workload in the absence of’a member of the’ team and at the end of’an due to the upcoming accounting close
Support for field accountants
Receiving and saving accounting packages on the server
Verification of documents transmitted by missions (inventories, bank reconciliation, incident report, exchange rate, etc.)
Integration into the SAGA software of backups containing the accounting data of the mission for verification of balances and accounting entries
Realization of changes requested by the mission under the control of the CTCs
Accounting audits with’ using automated verification tools
Audits of certain accounts : amortization, deposit, grants received in the field to facilitate the processing by the CTCs in the NAV software (centralized software)
Other tasks left to the’ appreciation of the CCTs
According profile,
Support for lettering work of third-party accounts in SAGA and NAV
Handling of the full accounting treatment of certain missions
POSITIONING
Under the hierarchical responsibility of : Accountancy department manager
Functional link with : the 4 field accountants
YOUR PROFILE
Graduate training in accounting/management (Bac +2 minimum)
Mastery of computer tools including Excel and accounting software
Mastery of English’ (oral and written would be a plus)
SAGA and NAV software training assured
Knowledge of accounting principles
Autonomy and rigor

Alternance based in the headquarters of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL in Clichy (92), metro Mairie de Clichy
Learning contract
Gross monthly remuneration of : according to the rules in force
Public transport supported at 50% by SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL
Possibility of teleworking : 4 days of Teleworking per month. In accordance with the Telework Charter in force and the manager.
Leave : 2,0833 CP /month
Tickets restaurant at 8,90€/day of internship, with participation of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL at 60%
