Focus on the Information Systems Service
The Information Systems Service consists of 8 people. The mission of its members is to support the headquarters and field teams in the use and development of computer tools.
And the Finance application project manager in all this?
As a Finance application project manager, you will follow the management of SI projects in the Finance department. You will provide support to business teams in the deployment of new solutions.
For this purpose, your responsibilities will be as follows :
Project Management: You will coordinate the different projects in progress and future. You will lead workshops to define needs and you will write the specifications of the projects in which you participate. You will pay particular attention to the respect and monitoring of the project methodology, and will also follow the project budget.
Support for business teams : You will support the business in the management of solutions. You will provide application support on the deployed solutions and train on the best practices. You will organize points after implementations to collect the feedback of’experience and improvements to be implemented.
Service provider relations : You will be the privileged interlocutor of application project providers. You will supervise the configuration carried out by the provider and compliance with PUI needs.

As an SI Project Manager, you follow the management of application projects for the departments of Finance ; you provide support to business teams in the deployment of new solutions ; Project management ; Support of business teams ; Relation service providers : the position requires to’ be versatile.
What you will need to succeed
Formation
You can justify a higher degree’ (Min. Master 2 or equivalent) in computer project management.
Experience
You are strong of’an experience similar to the headquarters of’an NGO or’an associative structure. Otherwise, you show a real motivation to work in a humanitarian structure. International experience will be highly appreciated. Have you worked with First International Emergency? It will be an undeniable asset!
Skills
You have a perfect command of Microsoft tools: Office Suite, Office 365 (Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive, …).This post is for you !
Qualities required
You show an excellent ability to’organize and manage priorities. You have a taste for teamwork. You demonstrate dynamism, rigor, responsiveness and adaptability. You have good resistance to stress and an ability to work under pressure.
Languages
French and’anglais have no secrets for you ? So much the better, it’is essential for this post !

PUI will propose
Status: Framework
Salary: 3300 Euros gross monthly.
Medical cover: 100% of the health and foresight mutual
Support: Support up to 50% of the ticket and up to 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of 10€)
Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37h/week)
Position based at the headquarters in Asnieres-sur-Seine.
Teleworking possible from Metropolitan France with a presence at the headquarters of 3 days per month minimum.
