Assignment :

Reporting to the Internal Audit Department Manager, your mission will be to ensure analysis and control of the organization’s activity and its control environment, by identifying avenues for improvement and formulating recommendations.

More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Carry out and conduct audits within the structure in accordance with the annual audit scheduleContribute to data collection and participate in the development and updating of the annual internal audit plan.
Prepare the audit mission by developing the mission’s audit program.
Conduct the audit mission, in compliance with the audit framework and standards in force.
Assess the importance and criticality of the risks related to the identified deviations.
Ensure communication with the relevant contacts throughout the audit mission.
Write an audit report including an analysis of the situation, a presentation of the dysfunctions and recommendations.
With the support of the Internal Audit Manager, present the recommendations to the General Manager, the Management Committee, the Audit Committee and the managers of the audited entity.
Contribute to the development of internal auditing within the organizationParticipate in the development and updating of internal audit methods, resources and tools, in accordance with internal and professional standards.
In collaboration with the Internal Audit Manager, contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in internal auditing, in particular by monitoring technical and methodological developments, as well as benchmarks with other organizations.
Promote internal auditing and its added value within the organization, through awareness-raising activities and debriefings of audit missions with stakeholders.
In conjunction with the Internal Audit Manager, promote the sharing of internal audit knowledge within the ACF-IN network.
Contribute to the animation of the ARC Business LineSupervise internal audit activities in the relevant ACF Country Offices.
Ensure the quality of audit work carried out by internal auditors in ACF Country Offices and their compliance with the internal audit methodology

Profile:

With a higher education, such as a business school or audit, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position or in internal control. Field experience, in the administrative and financial field, within an international solidarity NGO or sensitivity to international solidarity issues would be a plus.
You have knowledge of internal audit techniques and standards (carrying out internal audit missions: planning, carrying out, finalizing and monitoring).
With excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your listening skills, your synthesis skills and your insight. Autonomous and rigorous, you will be able to convince and argue while ensuring a facilitator role. You are able to evolve in an intercultural environment, to adapt and to respect different cultures.
Fluency in French and English, both written and oral, is imperative.

Conditions of employment

Status: Integrated Executive – Permanent contract – Full time
Start date: 02/11/2024
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 40K to 49K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
