Mission :

During this alternation, your role will be to assist the Country Director and the coordination team in the development, implementation and dissemination of the France mission strategy.
Your main missions will be:
Mission 1: Context monitoring and political analysis:
Under the supervision of the Country Director and in conjunction with the assistants of the field coordinators, you will ensure legal and political monitoring, in line with the strategic axes of the mission, and its dissemination on the Mission. Upon request, you will produce summary notes and analyzes to disseminate them to the Mission France team
Mission 2: Contribute to the deployment of the MissionFrance strategy.:
You will contribute to updating strategic documents and their dissemination . As part of the deployment of the Mission’s operational and influence strategy, you will be able to participate in the creation of tools, the writing of project proposals and reports and take part in priority cross-functional projects.
Mission 3: Participate in communication and advocacy actions at the national level.
You will assist the Country Director and the coordination team in the definition and implementation of communication support and tools as well as the implementation of joint advocacy initiatives at the national level. In this context, you will be required to participate in external events and meetings and write the reports.
Mission 4: Assist the bases in their advocacy actions.
Depending on needs, you will be able to support the bases for carrying out surveys and activities linked to advocacy initiatives.

Profile :

Master I or II, in political science, international relations, development/humanitarian, international law, public or European affairs, advocacy.
Professional experience in research, in a ministry, a local authority, an NGO or with a parliamentarian is a plus.
The skills sought are: interest in the activities and principles defended by the MIF, strong analytical and synthesis skills, excellent writing skills in French, good interpersonal skills (strength of conviction and sense of diplomacy) and ease in expressing oneself in public, responsiveness, rigor, flexibility, strong motivation.

Terms of employment

? Status: 12-month work-study apprenticeship or professionalization contract
?? Contract duration: 12 months
?? Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
?? Salary Conditions:
– Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
– 21 days of RTT (prorated according to the time of presence)
– Health and welfare coverage: Covered at 80% by ACF
– Transport: 50% of the package between home and the workplace
– Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of 8 euros)
– Social benefits: social works, reductions on cinema tickets
?? Teleworking: Open to everyone from mainland France. Our teleworking policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 12 days per month is planned at headquarters, with time dedicated to meetings and collective events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory attendance per week for your integration into the team.

Prolonged sitting, oral communication, work on screen, telephone contacts, (one-off) travel in Ile-de-France are to be expected
