Mission :

Under the supervision of the Head of Logistics Department, you will implement the policy of management of the premises, the mission vehicle fleet as well as the IT aspects to guarantee the logistical performance and provide the best support to the programs.
Specifically, your missions will be :
Ensure the management of the fleet of vehicles and generatorsMaintain in good condition the fleet of vehicles and generators
Provide users with vehicles and electricity
Track the consumption of vehicles and generators
Ensure a general management of the overall mechanics of the mission
Ensure that· users are trained·s for proper use of vehicles and generators
Ensure compliance with the procedures for monitoring national movements through the management of radio operators
Manage aspects ITSuperviser the installation, maintenance and repairs of the means of radio communication
Oversee the proper monitoring and maintenance of mission equipment and their deployment on the bases
Integrate IT needs into project proposals and advise the basics
Ensure proper management of the NAS by the team and regular backup
Ensure the availability of equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the base (office and guest)Follow the various stocks related to the operation of the base (fuel, stationery, electrical equipment..).
Centralize and anticipate the logistical needs of departments and guest related to HR (vehicles, stationery, repair needs, miscellaneous)
Issue DAs as needed
Manage the rehabilitation and maintenance of the premisesTo ensure the construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of the structures necessary for the operation of the base: offices, programs, house, warehouse
Participate in the mission strategy on the positioning of premises via plans and optimizations of existing means (new office/hibernation house)
Ensure the standardisation of each building
Supervise and manage the logistics team General resources (animation, follow-up, motivation, bi-annual evaluation of performance and skills).

Profile :

You have a training in logistics of Bac+3 level or higher, with a technical appetite for this field.
You have experience in team management.
You know ideally Link and the Action Against Hunger processes.
Working in an international environment, fluency in English is necessary, both orally and in writing.

Employment conditions

Fixed-term contract of use under French law: 12 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 euros depending on experience
Pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Basic salary increase: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 729euros net, paid on the ground
Monthly context allowance: 300euros
Child allowance: 1500euros per year per child present in the country of origin (6000euros/year ceiling)
Transport and housing : Travel management and collective housing
Medical coverage : 100% of the coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance devices (illness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR : 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; support of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break area, and 215euros of lump sum compensation by RnR
