Mission :

Under the responsibility of the Programme Support Officer, Your missions will be:
Support the Pool and Country Offices in the management of funding contracts and the development of contractual documents.Make sure the contract monitoring dashboard is updated and disseminated of financing.
Ensure the configuration of donor contracts and internal contracts.
Participate in follow-up meetings between the Programme Support Officers (CAP) headquarters and focal points in the field.
Participate in the drafting of applications for co-financing for donors managed by the Delegated Directorate Partnerships.
Participate in the drafting of applications for funding for contracts financed from own funds.
Ensure the translation of programmatic and contractual documents.
Facilitate communication within the pool, with country offices and with other departments at ACF Headquarters.Organize Pool meetings and ensure the drafting of minutes.
Ensure archiving of original programmatic reports and documents.
Feed the other Departments of Headquarters with information elements (programmes and context) on country offices.
Contribute to the drafting of communication documents (economic notes, country sheets) concerning the country offices in connection with the CAPs and the· Regional Director of the· Deputy Operations (DROA).
Make the purchase requests necessary for the operation of the Pool (certifications, sworn translations, supplies..).
Produce documents and/or capitalization tools on ACF interventions by country office or geographical area in collaboration with the Pool and other CAPs.
Produce capitalization documents on institutional donors, at the request of donors within ACF and in collaboration with the CAP and the· Regional Director of Operations Assistant.

Provide support to country offices in the use of program monitoring tools and management.Control the regular feedback of internal reporting tools, perform a periodic review of documents / control the quality of the tools, coordinate the review at the Pool level and ensure archiving.
Participate in the validation of the annual compilation of quantitative data made by the offices.
Participate in the bi-monthly follow-up meetings of the reporting and contract focal points with the CAPs.

Profile :

You hold a Bac+3 and you are trained in political science, international relations and/or humanities and social sciences.
You can provide technical support and answers on the reporting and guidelines of the donors. You can analyze and produce summary documents.
You are reactive· and able to quickly move from one activity and/or theme to another.
You are listening, you know how to adapt your communication style and establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutor·s.
You master computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, etc.) and you master English, both in writing and orally.

Employment conditions

Obligatory condition : Have an internship agreement issued by a school under French law

??Salary Conditions :Incredited internship up to the legal minimum hourly gratuity (on a 35h/week basis)
21 Days of RTT (extended to the time of presence in the organization) Days of absence for examination, university research, etc.
Transport : Support at 50% of the package between the home and the workplace
Restaurant vouchers : Supported at 60% by the association for a value of 8euros
175euros/year (social works) and discount on cinema tickets
??Teleworking: Open to all·s and from the metropolitan territory, the teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring an imperative time of presence at the headquarters, and allows you to choose to fully or partially exercise the rest of that time in telecommuting. For this purpose, a mandatory presence at the headquarters has not been defined for this position. Attendance times at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing : 3 Days per month on average for meetings and group events and 2 days of mandatory attendance the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
