The’Assistant Staff and Payroll Administration will work closely with the’Assistant Human Resources and under the responsibility of the Human Resources Manager. The missions and responsibilities are shared between the two assistants and concern as a priority the following topics :

1. Administrative management of staff (head office, expatriate)

• Manage the formalities of’ hiring and departure of employees

• Participate in the activities of’staff administration

• Manage and be the focal point for employees of the’ tool SIRH Lucca (holidays, telework, timesheet and HR safe)

• Editing the certificates

• 2 Ensure the compilation and updating of personnel files and update the personnel register.

• Re-integrate new employees for the administrative part

• 2 Follow the residence permits, the periods of’essay and update the flow charts

2. Preparation of the payroll

• Preparate the variable elements of payroll by collecting and analyzing all the necessary information

• transmit to the provider and control the data relating to the preparation of pay slips in the payroll software

• Check and edit payrolls

3. Training administration

• Organize the logistics of training

• Realize the administrative follow-up of continuing training

• Manage the invoices and make the financial follow-up, ASSURE the good reception of the subsidies

• Manage requests for reimbursement of training courses with’OPCO

• Update the dashboards to carry out the annual reviews

4. Health, Safety and working conditions

• Organize and follow medical visits

• Update the mandatory’display

• Contribute to the annual update of the Unique Document of’Assessment of Occupational Risks, in connection with occupational medicine and the/the Human Resources Manager.

D’ other complementary activities related to the human resources function may be integrated according to the needs, the profile of the candidate and his expectations.

Your profile

Training / Experience :

• En preparation d’a Bac+3 training to +5 in higher education in RH, ADP/Payroll

• Experiences or real interest in the community appreciated

Skills and softskills :

• Rigour and organization

• Good relationship skills

• Ability to work on different subjects

• Autonomy developed and curiosity

• Positive spirit and taste for the work of’team

• Professional English is a plus.

Your future working conditions

Type of contract : Learning

Post office : Ideally from’august or September 2024

Working time: 35H per week

Remuneration : Complies with legal provisions

Place of work : Position based in Montreuil (93)

Advantages: 1 to 2 days of telework per week (depending on alternating pace).

Titles restaurant d’a face value of 10€ of which 60% supported by Asmae. Navigo package or sustainable mobility package.
