Minimum requirements:
Education: High school diploma. A relevant first level university degree will be an advantage.
Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience; previous experience in an embassy, government institution or international organisation is an advantage.
Excellent drafting skills and ability to prepare official letters (i.e. protocol issues, to get visas, customs clearance, etc.).
Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Capacity to work in a multitasking position.
Excellent command of office software package (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet explorer, Outlook)
Knowledge and/ or previous experience in accounting/ HR support will be an advantage.
Languages: Excellent command of Spanish.
Basic-intermediate level of English.
Job description: The incumbent serves as support on administrative and finance issues and ensures receptionist functions in the Office.
This position is open to nationals and other residents of Colombia with valid work and residence permits. The contract is initially for one year with the possibility of renewal subject to a 2 months’ probationary period.

As an indication, the monthly basic salary is on average approximately COP 3 776 470 which corresponds to 5 years relevant work experience. The salary will be adapted according to the exact duration of relevant professional experience supported by a work certificate i.e. with 10 years of work experience the basic salary could be COP 4 256 057. In addition to this, the employee will also receive an allowance as a complement for disability/retirement.
Contracts will be ruled under the Colombian´s labour legislation.
