About: Action Against Hunger
Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been its identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Assignment :
Your role? Support the development and implementation of Youth Service projects in Ile-de-France. Under the supervision of a Youth Project Manager, here is what awaits you:
Prospecting and Loyalty: You will have your own portfolio of schools. Your mission? Deploy actions to engage them in our projects. You will be there to present our initiatives and, thanks to your eloquence, convince the teaching teams to adopt them for their students!
Personalized Monitoring: You will be the focal point for the participating schools. Regular and personalized monitoring will be provided to them, and you will participate in loyalty events, such as open days.
Coordination with Volunteers: You will be in charge of recruiting, training and managing volunteers for Ile de France. You will also lead awareness sessions for students in schools.
Race against Hunger: You will participate in the organization and coordination of this exciting event! From preparation to on-site logistics, you will be on all fronts to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Collection Monitoring: You will also be responsible for monitoring collections related to projects.
Profile:
With a higher education of Bac +3/4 in business school, entrepreneurship, communication, humanitarian or with a generalist training, you have initial experience in project management or event management. You have developed a commercial and relational sense during your studies, and you are able to argue and convince. Comfortable with figures, you have good analytical skills. Mastery of the Office Pack is required. A strong motivation for the humanitarian sector will be greatly appreciated. And if, in addition to all this, you are deeply motivated by the humanitarian sector, that’s a huge plus! Conditions of employment
Status: 12-month work-study apprenticeship contract.
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Work schedule: 3 days in the company, 2 days at school or 1/2 in the company.
Salary conditions:
– Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
– 21 days of RTT (prorated according to the time of presence)
– Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
– Transport: 50% of the package between home and the workplace
– Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of 8 euros)
– Social benefits: social works, discounts on cinema tickets
Teleworking: Open to all from the mainland. Our teleworking policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially by teleworking. For this position, a mandatory presence of 16 days per month is expected at the headquarters in Montreuil, with time dedicated to meetings and collective events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory presence per week for your integration into the team.
