Mission :

Under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Safety and Security, your role will be to help strengthen and develop the safety and security culture and management capacity of field and headquarters teams.
Specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Develop and propose the strategy to strengthen the security and safety capacity of ACF headquarters and field teams.
Define relevant policies, strategies and tools to ensure the development of security management skills for the ACF network (ACFIN).
Design training (in personal security or safety or security management), conduct face-to-face or distance learning (including training of trainers).
Coordinate the implementation of training in country offices by validated internal trainers and external service providers.
To lead and coordinate the implementation of the capacity building strategy of the ACF teams.
In coordination with the Access Referent, plan and coordinate the development of access skills.
Strengthen the security pool and contribute to the recruitment of ACF-France security profiles, set up personalized follow-ups if necessary.
Contribute to the animation of the team of the Delegate Management.

Profile :

You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in security management, safety, access, and/or a related field. You have at least 5 years of field experience in international NGOs with security responsibilities.
You have demonstrated a perfect ability for leadership and strong skills in managing teams. You are able to supervise, motivate and train staff.
You are able to manage and optimize projects, especially in an emergency context.You have experience in animation and design of security or safety training, both in person and remotely.
Mastering training-specific tools, such as creating videos, training capsules, and e-learnings, would be a plus.
You have the ability to work effectively with local and international partners. You are ready to support the partners in the fulfilment of their financial obligations and to ensure their compliance with donor standards.

Mastery of English is mandatory, both in writing and orally.

Employment conditions

Status: Independent Framework – CDI Full-time – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration:From 45K to 54Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
Advantages: 19 days of RTT

For this position, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 2 days per week was defined during the first 6 weeks of training.
Collective attendance times imposed /also mandatory by the employer : for meetings and collective events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence during your integration into the team
