Assignment :

Under the supervision of the LINK Platform Support and Deployment Coordinator, and within the Logistics Tools and Methods Department of the Logistics Delegate Directorate, your missions will be to:
Prepare and lead logistics training
Prepare and ensure the deployment of Logistics IS in target country offices
Provide start-up support in country offices affected by deployments
Contribute to the development of training materials
Contribute to the development of tools and the logistics information system

Profile:

You have a good knowledge of logistics processes and tools, with 2 to 5 years of field experience in humanitarian logistics, as well as experience in face-to-face / distance learning.
You are able to create training tools, deploy a project in an international context, transmit user processes, and implement change management and support techniques.
You have good listening and communication skills, both orally and in writing, and know how to adapt your communication style and establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors.
You know how to demonstrate creativity, pedagogy and strength of proposal, in order to build and lead training.
Responsive, organized and autonomous in your work, you also know how to take initiatives and manage priorities.

Conditions of employment

Status: Integrated Executive – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 36K to 43K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters (For permanent positions)
Benefits: 25 days per year of CP and 21 days of RTT

Collective face-to-face times imposed / also mandatory by the employer: for collective meetings and events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence when you join the team
