About: Action Against Hunger
Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, in particular during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Safety and Ways of Existence – Water, Health, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :
Under the supervision of the Head of Logistics Department, your role will be to provide support to logistics teams and programs, implementing ACF projects, by, from the various ACF bases in Chad.
In this context, your missions will be :
Provide support to core logistics teams in procurement
Provide support in the management of the base fleet
Participate in the maintenance and maintenance of base equipment
Assist the basics in inventory and asset management
Participate in the capacity building of logistics teams
Participate in the implementation of internal and external audit recommendations
Profile :
You hold a BAC+3 in the field of Logistics management of activities and programs.
You have a solid background in supporting the basics and a good ability to work in the field.
Ideally, you have already completed a mission with Action Against Hunger.
Employment conditions
Fixed-term contract of use under French law: 6 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 euros depending on experience
Pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Basic salary increase: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 767euros net, paid on the ground
Monthly context allowance: 150euros
Child allowance: 1500euros per year per child present in the country of origin (6000euros/year ceiling)
Transport and housing : Travel management and collective housing
Medical coverage : 100% of the coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance devices (illness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR : 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; support of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break area, and 215euros of lump sum compensation by RnR
