Assignment :

Reporting to the Field Coordinator, your missions will be to:
Manage the logistics activity of the area
Implement and guarantee the performance of the supply chain
Implement and guarantee the performance of general resources
Implement and guarantee the performance of IT, networks and telecommunications
Contribute to security management
Implement and monitor collaboration and logistics coordination with mission partners
Supervise the logistics team of the area
Ensure reporting
The priorities upon taking up the position will be to set up efficient and shared management of the vehicle fleet, follow purchasing procedures, reduce the number of purchases made via List-Achat, as well as monitor constructions launched.
The Logistics Team is made up of 17 staff members, you will be responsible for the direct management of 2 employees: Procurement Assistant and General Resources Assistant, and the indirect management of 15 employees: General Resources Assistant, Vehicle Fleet Manager, Driver Mechanic, Stock Manager, Procurement Assistant, Drivers (10).

Profile:

You have a minimum of a Bac+3 in Logistics with at least 2 years of experience, including missions in international NGOs.
You have knowledge of vehicle fleet management tools and supply chain management tools (Link My Supply).
You have skills in mechanics and ICT.
You are proficient in the Office Pack.
Working in an international environment, you have a professional command of English.

Conditions of employment

Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 euros depending on experience
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Increase in basic salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 729 euros net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 450 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transport and accommodation: Coverage of travel and collective accommodation
Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + supplementary health insurance) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance arrangements (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; support for the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
Support and training Monitoring and support for professional career
