Mission :

Under the supervision of the Head of Finance Accounting, your role will be to ensure the security of financial flows, to ensure the reliability of accounting data, and to ensure the management and supervision of General Accounting on the Headquarters perimeter.

Specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Implement the legal accounting policies and ACF procedures defined on your perimeter.ensure compliance with accounting regulations, issue proposals for changes if necessary, and design them by adapting them to the specificities of ACF.
Ensure compliance with procedures, make proposals for changes if necessary, and design procedures on your perimeter.
Ensure the security of financial flows by designing and implementing internal control policies on weekly payments and bank reconciliations.
Control the social and tax declarations of your perimeter respecting the legal obligations.
Manage the Head Office Accounting division Organize and manage individual points, develop and monitor action plans, conduct appraisal interviews, recruit team members, and provide support for daily issues.
Manage the organization and distribution of work according to the needs of the Accounting Service.
Ensure the tutoring of employees in professionalization contract.
Ensure that the organization of backups on your perimeter is operational.
Maintain relationships with other departments involved in accounting reliability procedures.
Ensure the proper maintenance of accounts and the monitoring of other assets of the association on your perimeter.Control the accounting and justification of flows and balances relating to General Accounting on the Headquarters perimeter, exchange with the services concerned, and validate the proposed adjustments.
Ensure that all accounts on your perimeter are maintained and manage live cycles on time.
Supervise and control the proper maintenance of revision files, validate regularization entries, and produce an analysis on your perimeter during orders.

Profile:

Holder of a Master and/or Master 2 type of training in accounting and management (DCG), you have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in general accounting. Experience with another NGO would be a plus.
Force of proposal, you have experience in the evolution of financial processes and tools. You demonstrate pedagogy and possess an ability to unite teams around the changes that are driven.
Comfortable with office and computer tools, you also master the methods of using a management software package. Accustomed to team work, your rigor and your excellent organizational skills are recognized.
You have a great command of the Office Pack. Mastery ofan ERP such as UBW is an asset.
Good financial knowledge of international donor rules is a plus.
A fluent English (written and oral) is essential.

Employment conditions

Status: Independent Framework-CDI – Full-time
Location: Ile-de-France
Remuneration:From 45K to 54Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
