Created in 1979, Action contre la Faim is a non-governmental organization that fights against hunger. Its charter of humanitarian principals- independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been part of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of under-nutrition, particularly during and after emergency situations linked to conflicts or natural disasters. Mission :
Under the supervision of the Grant and Reporting Coordinator, you will be responsible for elaborating donors documents in order to ensure the quality of reports and respect of reporting deadlines.
Your main missions will be to :
Support the elaboration of internal and donor reporting documents and ensure the follow up of the mission’s reporting obligations in relation with the Grants and Partnership Head of Department
Follow up contract monitoring and filing, and ensure regular and efficient communication and information/document sharing within the mission and with the HQ, in relation with the Grants and Partnership Head of Department
Support the country office in communication and advising and training field teams in drawing up documents for donors and internal reporting and monitoring documentsTraining field teams in grants and reporting
Support in the design of the mission communication plan
Manage Internal and External Communication
Priorities will be to support the Grants department and Programme teams on the final BHA reporting (annual report, final report), by:
Contributing to the closure of a BHA project and launching of the next BHA project
Supporting the Grants department on the monthly BHA reporting (depending on time and workload)
Making field visits to Dnipro and Kharkiv if possible (depending on relevance of the travel, security conditions, workload and availability of the teams)

Profile :
You have a Master’s degree in humanities, social sciences, and/or other relevant fields, with a significant experience in Grants and Reporting and 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position in an NGO (field or HQ).
You have proven experience of copy-writing and editing articles, reports and presentations.
You have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and online tools.
You are a skilled communicator, a proactive team player as well as a critical thinker. You are also very attentive to detail.
You are able to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, to work under stress and to meet tight deadlines.
You speak and write excellent English. Ukrainian or Russian is an advantage.
Conditions d’emploi
For international candidates :
Fixed term contract under French legislation: 2,5 months until 20/12/2024
Monthly gross salary from 2130 to 2475euros upon experience, including 13th month
Reimbursement of the pension insurance for non-French citizens: 16% of the gross monthly salary
Monthly per diem and living allowance: 838euros net, field paid
Monthly country allowance: 450euros
Cold allowance: Reimbursement for the purchase of winter equipment for a maximum of 380euros per person per year in severe cold contexts
Child allowance: 1500euros per year per child present in the country of origin (maximum 6000euros/year)
Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
Medical coverage: ACF covers 100% of the social security, health insurance, and repatriation insurance agreement fees.
Salary sustainment measures (sickness, paternity, maternity)
Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year, airfare reimbursement with a ceiling to get to the chosen break destination, and 215 euros for each RnR period

For national candidates :
3 months contract under Ukrainian legislation
Salary : 82 240 UAH gross
Medical insurance, transportation allowance of 744 UAH per month and free English classes.
