Mission :

Under the supervision of the Zone Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality implementation and monitoring of the activities of the Bambo operational base. You will ensure the implementation of quality programs and on time, meeting the needs of the area and donor requirements by supporting the program and support manager. You will also ensure the proper management of the sub-base by ensuring compliance with procedures and directives and the quality of life of employees and ensuring team cohesion.
Specifically, your role will be to :
Contribute to the identification of sectoral needs, the design of the strategy and operational development
Support and coordinate program activities and teams to ensure the implementation, monitoring and reporting of projects
Supervise and guarantee the smooth running of support functions activities
Ensure the functionality of the mechanisms of accountability, fight against fraud and against the cases of SEA
Participate in team management and Human Resources
Ensure the reporting and internal and external representation of Action Against Hunger in the area
Monitor the security situation in the Collect and report area
Implementing security decisions
Managing incidents.

Profile :

You hold a graduate degree in humanitarian, social or other similar fields, with at least 2 years of experience in the humanitarian sector ONGI.
You have professional experience in planning, implementation, project monitoring, budget and team management and ideally experience in Logistics, Finance and/or HR.
You have already worked more than 6 months in an isolated area with volatile security.
You have a strong track record in project cycle management, with the use of participatory tools and methodologies for assessment, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and learning.
You ideally have knowledge in Wash/FSL/Nutrition/Health/Emergency/Community Engagement/SMSP as well as in-depth knowledge on the functioning of the Congolese state system and civil society.
You are particularly competent in communication and report writing.
You have excellent organizational, priority and time management skills and are able to work under pressure, with a team spirit and cohesion.
You master the use of computer systems and programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and technical programs).
You have an excellent level in French and English (written and spoken).

Employment conditions
Fixed-term contract of use under French law: 6 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2332 to 2676 euros depending on experience
Pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Per diem and monthly living expenses : 974$ net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 450euros
Child allowance: 1500euros per year per child present in the country of origin (6000euros/year ceiling)
Transport and housing : Travel management and collective housing
Medical coverage : 100% of the coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance devices (illness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR : 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; support of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break area, and 215euros of lump sum compensation by RnR
